I’m Antonio “Tone” Barnes — entrepreneur, strategist, father, grandfather, business builder, artist manager, and founder of a growing ecosystem built from resilience, purpose, faith, and execution.
My journey was not built in a straight line. It was shaped through wins, losses, betrayal, reinvention, legal battles, business lessons, family responsibility, and the decision to keep going when quitting would have been easier.
I didn’t build one business. I built through seasons.
My story is not just about launching brands. It is about learning how to survive pressure, study people, understand business, protect family, rebuild after betrayal, and keep moving with purpose.
I have been in rooms where vision was celebrated and rooms where my name was used without my knowledge. I have built revenue, created opportunities, helped others grow, and still had to fight to protect what I earned and who I am.
That is why Tone INT exists. It is not just a website. It is the home of everything I have learned, everything I am building, and everything I am becoming.

The gift was always strategy.
Before the titles, websites, logos, and companies, I was already learning how to sell, persuade, organize, connect people, and create value.
Vacay On Layaway created international movement.
Travel opened doors to festivals, destination experiences, group trips, international relationships, and the name Tone International.
Restaurants taught me pressure, people, systems, and scale.
Food, nightlife, brunch, events, entertainment, staffing, operations, and marketing became real-world classrooms where ideas had to perform under pressure.
360 Branding & Marketing became the engine.
Websites, campaigns, creative direction, automation, email marketing, funnels, business consulting, and brand strategy became the system behind the growth.
AB Music Group expanded the mission into artist development.
Music gave me another lane to build legacy, tell stories, support artists, develop campaigns, and create a platform around talent, trust, respect, and brotherhood.
I had to learn the legal system to defend my name.
After being tied to companies and debts without my knowledge, I was forced into a fight that tested my faith, patience, and strength. That season shaped the next version of me.
Now the story becomes strategy.
